Dismissal of Personal Injury Suit

2008 – We defended a large trucking company in a suit filed by a claimant who claimed to have been injured in a rear-end accident on the interstate. After investigation and depositions confirmed that the claimant’s car had just made an illegal U-turn, the Plaintiff’s attorney withdrew and the case was dismissed.
