Biography

As the Student Recruiting Manager, Barb leads Frost Brown Todd’s summer associate and entry-level hiring, manages law school relationships, and develops our Summer Associate Program. In this role, Barb partners with the firm Recruiting Committee Chair and office leadership to identify and recruit talented summer and first year associates. She also collaborates with the Chief Diversity Officer to eliminate bias in the recruiting process and ensure an inclusive experience for student candidates.

Barb has over 30 years of experience in the Cincinnati legal community, primarily in the recruiting area, and has spent the past 20 years at FBT. She is known for her client service and organizational skills, which she puts to good use when planning the summer program, campus recruiting, and law student outreach.
