On August 28, 2008 on behalf of CRC Insurance Services, David Walulik obtained summary judgment on all claims in the case, Burlington Insurance Co. v. Artisan Mechanical, Inc., No. A-07-03795 (Hamilton County, OH) (Winkler, J.). This was a malpractice claim against a wholesale insurance broker who was alleged to have misrepresented the terms of insurance policies sold to a contractor.
