Diligent. Knowledgeable. Effective.

U.S. companies spend over $500 billion annually on federal government contracts, with the United States Departments of Defense and Energy accounting for approximately 70% of contract spending. For companies involved in the energy, manufacturing, construction, environmental and service industries, our team of government contracting consultants and attorneys support clients at every step along the way — from creating and registering new entities, competing for contracts, and assuring adequate compliance programs to closing out contracts and resolving claims and disputes.

Our government contracting attorneys work with clients to maintain ongoing compliance with complex government contract requirements, including those imposed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency FAR Supplements, as well Buy America Act requirements, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and various socio-economic programs. Our team has successfully defended our clients position in agency level bid protests, bid protests with the Government Accountability Office (GOA), and disputes in the Court of Federal Claims (COFC). We also have experience handling contracting matters beyond U.S. borders, including projects in Poland, France, Germany, the UK, Russia, Guam, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Djibouti.
