Frost Brown Todd assisted Fre Development, LLC, a call-center construction company and developer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, in connection with a series of call center development projects in Ennis, Texas, Clarksville, Tennessee, and Jonesboro, Arkansas. Each project included land acquisition, project construction financing and leasing, as well as disposition in the case of the Ennis and Jonesboro projects.
