Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that three Nashville attorneys have been included in the 2021 edition of Mid-South Rising Stars®. Associate Payton Bradford, Member Nathan Harris and Managing Associate Benjamin Katz are ranked among the top up-and-coming attorneys in the region, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

Bradford advises financial services, real estate, entertainment and manufacturing clients with business disputes, business litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. He has been named to the Mid-South Rising Stars® list in 2020 and 2021.
Nathan S. Harris – Business/Corporate
Harris’ practice covers the entire spectrum of the business lifecycle, ranging from assisting first-time entrepreneurs with entity formation to advising public and private organizations through complex merger and acquisition transactions. He has been included in Rising Stars for the past two years.
Benjamin Katz – Bankruptcy: Business
As a managing associate with the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group, Katz advises several automobile manufacturers in matters relating to troubled automobile parts suppliers, including large supplier and automotive bankruptcies. Katz has been included in Rising Stars in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
