FBT has been retained by IHOP Corp. and Applebee’s International, Inc., to develop a purchasing cooperative for the IHOP and Applebee’s restaurant systems. The new purchasing cooperative will leverage the combined purchasing power of both brands to secure lower store delivered costs for goods, create administrative efficiencies, and stabilize prices for goods through market hedging and other activities.
