Juanita Browning and William Browning v. Wyeth, et al.

Plaintiff alleged that prescription hormone therapy medication caused her to develop breast cancer.  We obtained a writ of prohibition from the Kentucky Court of Appeals vacating a trial court order compelling expensive and oppressive discovery.  This decision protected the client from having to produce millions of pages of proprietary and confidential information regarding new product developments.
