Bill Harter tried the Legal Management Services / Estate of Aaron Schneider case in September of 2008 in Franklin County, Ohio Common Pleas Court. The case involved a pizza delivery driver who swerved to miss a minor who was skateboarding in the roadway and hit and killed a second minor skateboarder whom he never saw prior to the moment of impact. The case settled for our pretrial offer after the first day of trial testimony.
