Adam focuses his practice on managing all manner of real property transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan and securities agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, entity formation documents, and other ancillary documents for a range of property types, including office buildings, warehouses, hotels, self-storage facilities, and mixed-use retail facilities. In addition, he assists his clients in coordinating property due diligence, including title review, plats and surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, reciprocal easement agreements and declarations, and entity organizational documents. Adam skillfully represents both purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers in connection with all manner of real property transactions and asset types. He is experienced in managing commercial real property sales and acquisitions and large portfolio transactions; advising developers of the real estate components of tax liability reduction strategies related to their projects; and drafting and negotiating office, retail, and industrial/warehouse leases and other related agreements on behalf of some of the largest national landlords and tenants.
Adam’s pro bono efforts have focused on representing various nonprofit organizations throughout New York and New Jersey in the negotiation of leasing, finance, and purchasing of office space, community space, and low-income housing.
