Alesha, a proud Cincinnati native, focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, including claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Alesha started at Frost Brown Todd as a Summer Associate in 2019 and 2020. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Alesha earned her law degree from University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was a member of the inaugural class of Taft Scholars.
In law school, Alesha participated in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) where she gained first-hand experience representing nonprofits and small, minority-owned businesses with various matters. Alesha also interned at the Ohio Innocence Project and, through the Summer Work Experience in Law (SWEL) program, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Ohio Justice & Policy Center.
