Biography

Allison is a Paralegal with the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She provides support to the firm’s patent and trademark attorneys by assisting in drafting correspondence, filing new and maintenance trademark applications with the USPTO as well as international applications with WIPO, and retrieve case documents from their respective portals, and prepare agendas for client meetings. She also has experience supporting clients with global rebranding projects, including the day to day interaction necessary with foreign local counsel and the tracking of status updates and deadlines. Allison regularly completes general trademark searches, status searches and status inquiries through the Trademark Status & Document Retrieval portal. Handling all things IP, she often drafts reporting letters and manages the logistical preparations and processes, such as state trademark filings, from start to finish.
