Allison is an Associate located in Frost Brown Todd’s Indianapolis office where she focuses her practice on Business Litigation. Allison previously worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis in the civil litigation division where her experience included matters related to alleged constitutional violations, section 1983 claims, employment discrimination, wrongful death claims, and personal injury. This role included substantial experience litigating in federal district courts. Allison also has prior law firm experience, where she focused on diverse commercial litigation matters and personal injury matters for which she has both taken and defended depositions, attended mediations, and argued dispositive motions.
Allison enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and is passionate about the adoption of senior animals. She has personally adopted three senior pets.
