Mr. Towriss is an associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Group at Gibbons P.C. His background includes legal work in an array of fields, including complex securities and shareholder litigation, contract law, land use, and employment law. He is highly experienced in drafting responses to complaints, settlement documents, interrogatories, and dispositive and discovery motions.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Towriss clerked for the Honorable Lisa Miralles Walsh, A.J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division. During his judicial clerkship, he drafted opinions and memos involving condemnation proceedings and criminal cases and researched and analyzed constitutional challenges to local and state government actions.
