Mr. Beck represents clients in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, motion hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial. His experience includes defending clients in a range of employment and labor law matters, drafting employment agreements, advising on executive compensation, and preparing pleadings, discovery documents, discovery motions, and dispositive motions.
At Gibbons, Mr. Beck works on a wide range of employment and labor matters with a focus on traditional labor law, employment litigation, and employment counseling matters.
