Andrew handles a wide variety of cases in the firm’s Environmental Group in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. Andrew focuses his practice on environmental litigation arising under both federal and state laws, with particular emphasis on litigation involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the New Jersey Spill Act. He also guides clients with legal issues concerning site access, investigation and cleanup, and lead-based paint in residential units.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, P.J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, where he conducted research and wrote memoranda on civil, administrative, criminal, and family matters, and edited judicial opinions. While in law school, he served as business editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and represented clients as a clinical student for the Criminal and Youth Justice Clinic and the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
