Anthony focuses his practice on commercial finance and real estate transactions. These include representing lenders on real estate finance transactions and real estate developers on acquisitions, sales and leasing matters. In addition, Anthony has experience representing clients in supply chain management and related commercial transactions.
Anthony attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he served as the Notes Editor for the University of Louisville Law Review. While in law school, Anthony worked as a legal intern for Steel Technologies LLC and the University of Louisville’s Office of the General Counsel.
