Biography

Ariel has represented corporations, boards of directors and financial institutions in complex litigation, including contractual disputes, securities-related class actions, and other commercial litigation matters before federal and state courts. She is also experienced in internal and government investigations.

Prior to joining to the firm, Ariel worked as an associate at a large international law firm in New York. While attending Columbia Law School, Ariel served as a Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review.

Ariel is provisionally admitted to practice law in Ohio pending her permanent admission to the Ohio Bar.
