Ashley is a dedicated Indiana Trust and Estate attorney with extensive experience in estate and wealth planning. As a member of the firm’s Private Client & Wealth Planning service team, she works closely with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored advice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax-efficient wealth transfer, charitable giving, and business succession strategies.
Before joining FBT, Ashley served as Vice President and Trust Advisor in Private Wealth Management at a prominent U.S. bank. There, she guided clients through complex estate planning processes, ensuring their financial and investment goals were aligned with their personal legacy objectives.
Prior to her role at the bank, Ashley was a multi-faceted Indiana Trust and Estate attorney and civil trial and appellate litigator.
Ashley is committed to making complex legal matters approachable and understandable for her clients. She focuses on providing clear, personalized advice that helps clients feel confident and at ease through the estate planning process.
Ashley is a Director at Large of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, and the Chair-Elect (2025) of the Indianapolis Bar Association Estate Planning & Administration Section Executive Council. She is also a published author and frequent lecturer on Indiana Estate and Probate law.
