Audra focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate estate and trust administration, planning for retirement benefit distributions, business succession planning, individual and fiduciary income taxation, and charitable gift planning.
She works with clients in all areas of estate planning and business succession planning, which includes the drafting of Wills, revocable trusts, conduit and accumulation trusts for retirement plan distributions, generation skipping trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, private settlement agreements to modify trusts, gift tax returns, and installment sales to trusts.
Audra recently graduated from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Cincy Next program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati region. Audra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
