Biography

Beau assists government entities and financial institutions with various aspects of finance, lending, economic development and redevelopment initiatives. Beau has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel, developer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel and special tax counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including general obligation and revenue bonds, special taxing district bonds, tax increment financings, economic development bonds and other financing structures.

Beau has handled many commercial loans, equipment loans, and other financings for both borrowers and lenders, and also worked on numerous development and redevelopment projects. He also provides other legal support for government entities and regulated business, including those in energy, charter school, transportation, and housing industries.
