Ben’s practice focuses on construction and surety law, with an emphasis on litigation. In addition to disputes arising from construction projects, Ben has experience litigating matters involving premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and tort law.
Ben graduated from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Review and an Associate Justice on the board of McKinney’s intramural Moot Court competition. Ben also worked as a legal intern for Judge Michael Keele in the Marion County Superior Court during this time. Prior to law school, Ben graduated from Butler University with a degree in political science.
