Mr. Cupka had an extensive in-house career prior to joining Gibbons. Most recently Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., Mr. Cupka provided and managed legal services for a number of Konica Minolta Group companies in the United States. He also served in previous legal positions with other consumer electronics companies. In these roles, he focused on compliance; employment law; contract drafting, review, and negotiation; advertising and marketing review; antitrust; and mergers and acquisitions. He was also responsible for retaining and managing outside counsel.
