Biography

Bryan brings to the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Group experience in appellate work, health law, and biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry compliance, and a strong interest in data privacy and blockchain technologies. He is particularly familiar with compliance in biotechnology and mitigating company risks from B2B and B2C product sales. His work has also entailed drafting legal memos and litigation documents, conducting legal research, and articulating False Claims Act self-disclosure settlement agreements.

He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Stephanie Ann Mitterhoff, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, where he performed appellate legal analysis and reviewed and edited legal opinions.
