Mr. McMullan works on a wide range of restructuring and bankruptcy related matters for the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group, in both state and federal courts. He has worked on various aspects of debtor/creditor litigation, with a particular focus on complex corporate bankruptcy and insolvency related litigation in federal courts.
