Biography

Dale concentrates his practice in complex commercial transactions, focusing on commercial real estate, asset based lending and project finance. He regularly represents institutional lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting and closing complex transactions on a national and international basis. A substantial portion of Dale’s practice involves representing tenants, developers and lenders in commercial developments on a regional and national basis, and he has assisted clients in the development of campus housing costing over $1 billion. He also frequently represents clients in business matters involving a wide variety of other real estate transactions, including high-rise office buildings and industrial and manufacturing facilities. He has also worked on a substantial number of international real estate transactions.
