Ms. Andrews is responsible for the personnel management, benefits, and insurance programs for the firm’s 400 employees in five offices and four states. She is charged with influencing and administering the “Gibbons Experience,” an award-winning, generous package of benefits and personnel policies that has earned the firm being named to the Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers list of the “50 Best Law Firms for Women” for ten consecutive years, as well as one of the “Best Places to Work” by leading publications in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. This program includes reduced hour and flex-time policies for the firm’s attorneys and senior administrators, emergency childcare for all employees, and other benefits that differentiate Gibbons from its competitors. Ms. Andrews has worked at Gibbons for over 35 years, starting at the firm as a secretary and advancing to her current role.
