Doug is a Member in Frost Brown Todd’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) practice group and a secondary member of the Real Estate practice group in the firm’s Louisville office. He focuses on representing lenders in complex real estate transactions nationwide.
Doug leads a skilled team of attorneys and other legal professionals within the CMBS practice group. His transactional experience includes mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by all major commercial asset classes, and includes stabilized and construction deals.
In law school, Doug interned for the Ohio Innocence Project, working to free individuals wrongly convicted of crimes and was a Senior Articles Editor for Human Rights Quarterly. Prior to law school, he worked as a residential mortgage loan originator.
