Rachael is an associate in the firm’s Louisville office, focusing her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where she represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. Rachael received her juris doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2014 and her bachelor’s degree from Centre College in 2009. Rachael brings a unique perspective to transactional matters, having previously concentrated on commercial and contract litigation prior to joining the firm.
