Liz focuses her practice on corporate immigration and manages employment-based immigration processes for employers, from large multinational corporations, non-profits, to start-up companies, across a wide variety of industries. She has extensive experience with global mobility issues, corporate compliance and immigration policy, nonimmigrant visa processing, employment-based permanent residency, PERM labor certification, specialty visas, consular processing, naturalization and citizenship, and complex immigration matters, such as mergers and acquisitions.
Liz also assists investors through the E-2 process and works closely with family offices and international tax experts. She advises businesses on compliance and risk management and develops and manages I-9 compliance training. Liz’s ability to balance business realities with regulatory requirements is also highly valued. When advising clients, Liz presents creative solutions, offers best practices and identifies issues long before they become problems.
Liz is admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. only, and she will practice under the supervision of Texas Bar members.
