Genna handles a wide range of commercial and criminal litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Her commercial litigation practice focuses on various aspects of general and complex commercial litigation, including discovery, legal research, and preparing dispositive motions in connection with securities litigation, class action defense, fraud, and breach of contract claims. Genna’s criminal practice consists of researching and briefing discovery and preparing legal briefs, arguing intricate matters of criminal procedure and substantive legal issues, as well as assisting with internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Genna completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, P.J.A.D. at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. While there, she wrote memoranda on civil, administrative, criminal, and family matters, as well as reviewed and edited judicial opinions.
