Hannah is an associate in the Business Combinations & Capital Transactions practice group. Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling, business combinations, corporate governance matters, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. Hannah advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including sports & entertainment, health care, private equity, and startups & emerging businesses.
Previously, Hannah was an associate with Lassiter Law Firm in Houston, Texas. During her time at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Hannah served two terms as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, was an associate editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, and was an intern for the legal departments of the National Football League.
