Israel represents real estate investment firms, developers, and private sponsors in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters. He has worked extensively on purchase and sales agreements, operating agreements, and commercial leases and lease amendments, and he has supported both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.
He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Bonnie Clair and a judicial intern for the Honorable David D. Noce, performing legal research for actions brought before the court.
