Jack is an experienced transactional attorney who focuses his practice on assisting clients with navigating a wide range of business deals. From traditional insurance (P&C, health, life, etc.) and “quasi-insurance” (extended warranty/service contracts), to commercial transactions ranging from negotiating SaaS and other service agreements to complex M&A, Jack works diligently to thoroughly understand a client’s operations, their goals, and pressure points so that he can advise them how to navigate various opportunities so that they can make well informed decisions to grow their businesses without taking on unknown legal and regulatory risks.
Jack assists the Business Combination and Capital Transactions and the Private Equity and Venture practice groups at Frost Brown Todd. Within these teams, Jack spends most of his time working with businesses in the insurance industry and the manufacturing industry with clients ranging from startup ventures to multinational corporations. Regardless of the circumstances, Jack takes a team-minded and detail-oriented approach to help clients reach desired outcomes.
As a student-athlete at Indiana University, Jack was the co-captain of the men’s soccer program and helped lead the team to the NCAA Division I national championship in 2017. After graduation, he founded Hoosier Soccer Training to provide individual and group training sessions focused on technical development and an understanding of the game of soccer for players of all ages.
In sports and in his legal career, Jack has a mental toughness that enables him to help clients navigate and overcome their legal challenges.
