James is an attorney at the firm and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. James works with investors, lenders, syndicators, and developers in structuring and closing new construction and rehabilitation deals involving state and federal low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and general financing, including state and federal grant and loan programs.
James joined the firm in 2022 after graduating from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Prior to law school, he was a four-year collegiate club rugby player at the University of Louisville.
