Mr. Corcoran, a registered patent attorney with nine years of practicing experience, focuses his practice primarily on complex chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech patent prosecution and counseling for both U.S. and international clients. His experience includes drafting new patent applications, prosecuting these and existing applications globally, and interfacing with foreign agents. He is also highly experienced in patentability, freedom-to-operate, and due diligence analyses, and he works with scientists and inventors to maximize patent life cycles.
Mr. Corcoran has a keen eye for portfolio development, assisting clients who run the gamut from large corporations to industry leaders to university scholars.
