Mr. Brooks is experienced in defending employers against discrimination, whistleblower, and restrictive covenant claims in various jurisdictions. He has also represented public entities against civil rights, employment law, and personal injury claims. Following law school, Mr. Brooks clerked in both the Family and Civil Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court.
