Biography

Ms. Guarracino joins Gibbons’s Business & Commercial Litigation Group armed with valuable experience gained from two judicial clerkships: the first to the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia, Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the second to the Honorable Kevin McNulty, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Guarracino practiced as an employment litigation associate at a top New York City law firm. Having gained knowledge on both sides of the bench, she can better advise clients and help navigate the intricacies of litigation.
