Biography

Mr. Capobianco has researched and drafted orders, Reports and Recommendations, and dispositive opinions on various civil subjects, ranging from discovery to civil rights to habeas corpus. He has also worked on a variety of criminal law issues, including affirmative defenses, government filter team disputes, and evidentiary questions. In addition, he has experience with settlement conferences, discovery disputes, witness interviews, and witness preparation.
