John has broad experience in several aspects of commercial real estate law. His practice concentrates on transactional matters, representing a broad range of clients, such as closely held real estate development companies, early- to late-stage startups, state agencies, and publicly traded corporations. His experience includes negotiating complex commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and multitiered loan financings across a variety of asset classes, involving commercial office, healthcare, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties. John recently represented some of New Jersey’s leading real estate developers in securing more than $500 million in construction financing in connection with high-end residential and commercial mixed-use projects in Newark, Parsippany, Jersey City, and Philadelphia.
