Mr. Santanasto concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and employment law. He represents employers and employees in litigation brought under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), New Jersey Wage and Hour Law (NJWHL), and Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), as well as non-compete, restrictive covenant, breach of contract, and tort claims.
