Josh has a wide array of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in construction matters and consumer class action defense. On the construction side, Josh has represented owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on defect and delay claims in a variety of contexts, including chemical synthesis and manufacturing plants, urban hospitality and high-rise residential, and various energy and other infrastructure projects. In consumer class action matters, Josh has litigated federal and state class actions grounded in claims of consumer fraud, false advertising, and violations of various federal and state statutory regimes. Josh also serves as the firm’s General Counsel and chairs the firm’s AI & Emerging Technologies Committee.
