Justin’s practice involves representing clients in complex civil litigations and white-collar criminal matters, investigations, and related regulatory actions.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Justin worked at Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello P.C. in New York City, where he represented clients in white-collar criminal matters before the United States Department of Justice and various federal regulatory agencies. Earlier in his career, Justin served as a judicial law clerk on the United States District Court, District of New Jersey for the Honorable Georgette Castner and worked at two Am Law 20 law firms in New York City, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in various civil and criminal proceedings.
During law school, Justin externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
