With over 22 years of experience in the legal industry, KC has been devoted to both the plaintiff and defense aspects of litigation with the majority of her focus on medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability matters.
She has been involved in almost every medical aspect of a case from the initial phone call up through trial. She also has vast experience managing medical record review, analysis and requests; expert witness selection and collaboration; discovery document preparation and production; deposition witness preparation; preparation of trial exhibits; and preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, and trials.
Prior to her medical legal career, KC worked as a critical care nurse in ICU / CCU, post anesthesia care unit, and the same day surgery unit.
