Katie represents employers in all aspects of employment law. She litigates and advises clients on matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful terminations, non-competition agreements, wage and hour law, employee handbooks, and other personnel policies and concerns.
Katie has experience in representing employers in employment-based immigration matters, including obtaining H-1B, TN, L, Blanket L, O-1, and E non-immigrant visas; obtaining green cards; and advising and training on I-9 compliance and workforce enforcement issues.
