Biography

Keegan focuses on representing institutional lenders, as a member of the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) practice group. Prior to joining FBT, Keegan worked primarily in non-profit litigation, with a focus on real property and land use.

Keegan earned his JD from Duke University School of Law, where he was a Research Editor on the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
