Biography

Kelsey handles a wide range of complex commercial and criminal litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. She had extensive experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and has appeared for numerous hearings and oral arguments. She most recently served as Special Deputy Attorney General/Acting Assistant Prosecutor in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. In that capacity, she drafted legal documents and briefs in connection with a vast array of criminal law issues and frequently appeared in court on behalf of the state of New Jersey for various criminal proceedings, including trial.
