As Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristin leads the strategy for workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, advancement, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and development of business professionals. In addition, she oversees the firm’s payroll and human resources information system (HRIS) functions as well as the employee health and welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing benefits.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Kristin served in Human Resources Director roles with Crowe, a large national accounting and consulting firm, and in the banking industry.
