Coming from a background in prosecution, MacKenzie is a devoted government services lawyer who assists public sector clients on a variety of issues such as code enforcement, legislation drafting and interpretation, and public records and open meeting issues. She also continues to serve as a prosecutor in various Mayor’s Court settings.
MacKenzie has a passion for working with community leaders and public officials to quickly resolve complex issues, answer their questions and draft policies. She understands the wide variety of matters that can face a political subdivision and works toward resolving those issues efficiently and effectively.
She enjoys exploring local parks, sand volleyball, slow pitch softball and trying different restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops during her time outside the office.
