Madeline’s practice is focused in real estate and finance, primarily matters concerning multifamily housing, affordable housing, and tax credits. She has deep experience with real estate issues, such as latent defects, construction defects, fraud, negligence, and issues related to the sale of residential real estate.
Madeline has served as an intern and extern with the Fayette Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Lexington, where she conducted a competency hearing and multiple suppression hearings. While earning her J.D., Madeline served on the Executive Board as the Competition Committee Chair for the Trial Advocacy Board, and was a member of the Criminal Law Society, Women’s Law Caucus, and the Student Bar Association.
